Farmer Wallet - Expense Manager (“the App”) is an offline farm record-keeping application. The App helps you record income, expenses, budgets, debts/credits, recurring records, farms, and contacts. The App does not process payments or perform real financial transactions.

1) Data We Collect

We do not collect any data from you.

No account creation

No server database

No analytics tracking

No advertising identifiers

No background data upload

2) Data You Enter in the App

The App allows you to manually enter information such as:

Farm names and farm details (type, location)

Income/expense records (amounts, category, date, notes)

Debts/credits (unpaid records)

Contacts (name, phone number, email, role, notes)

Optional PIN / recovery email (if you enable security features)

Important: All of this information is stored locally on your device only.

3) How Your Data Is Stored

All records are saved only on your device’s local storage. The App does not transmit your data to any external server or cloud.

4) Data Sharing

We do not share your data with any third party because we do not collect or upload it.

5) Permissions

The App may request limited permissions only to support features you use. For example:

Email client launch (only when you choose “Feedback” to open Gmail)

If your version includes file export/sharing features later, storage/file access would only be used when you choose to export/share.

The App does not use permissions to collect data in the background.

6) Security

If you enable PIN lock, access to the App is protected on your device.

Because data is stored locally, the security of your device (screen lock, device encryption, backups) also affects protection of your records.

7) Children’s Privacy

The App is not designed specifically for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8) Changes to This Policy

If the App changes in a way that affects privacy (for example, adding cloud sync), this policy will be updated and the new effective date will be shown above.
